Boiling Time: 60
Primary Fermentation: 68-70F one week
Secondary Fermentation: 64F 2-3 weeks
Additional Fermentation:

Grain Bill:

8 pounds Wheat Malt (Belgian or American)
3 pounds 6-Row pale malt
.5 pounds Cara-pil Dextine malt

Hop Bill:

1.00 oz Hallertau 3.3%AA for 60 mins
.25 oz Hallertau 3.3%AA for 2 mins

Mash Schedule:

108-112F for 20 mins
122f for 30 mins
152f for 90 mins
170f for 15 mins(mashout)

Brewers Notes:

Used one tsp of Fermax yeast nutrient in Starter and additional tsp of Fermax in boil.
