Brewing Method: Partial Mash
Yeast: Wyeast 3333
Yeast Starter: 48hr pimer with 1/4pound extract
Batch Size: 5 Gal

Boiling Time: 60 Min
Primary Fermentation: 8 days 65-70F
Secondary Fermentation: 10 days 65-70F
Additional Fermentation:

Grain Bill:

1lb Wheat (crack as fine as you dare it is all about filtering)
1/2lb roasted barley
1/2lb Flaked Wheat (adds body)

Hop Bill:

1oz Haullertau 30 min
1/2oz Cascade or your favorite finshing hops 10 min

Mash Schedule:

Steep grains in bag for 1 hr at about 154 remove spent grain before bringing to boil. Then add extract at boil and stir vigoursly to ensure nothing is stuck to bottom of the pot.

Brewers Notes:

After extract is fully dissolved add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to boil. At the second fermentation add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
