Hop IBU's: 17.7
Boiling Time: 90 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 7 days @ 55f
Secondary Fermentation: 9 days @ 50f
Additional Fermentation: Lagered for 30 days @ 34f

12.00 lb. Pilsner 2-row
6.00 lb. Flaked Maize
10.00 lb. Wheat
3.00 lb. Flaked Barley
3.00 lb. AROMATIC

Hop Bill:

2.00 oz. Mt. Hood 4.9% 60 min
2.00 oz. Mt. Hood 4.9% 45 min
2.00 oz. Tettnanger 3.9% 20 min
2.00 oz. Tettnanger 3.9% 10 min

Mash Schedule:

20 minutes @ 110f
30 minutes @ 120f
15 minutes @ 134f
15 minutes @ 144f
90 minutes @ 158f
10 minutes @ 166f

Added 2 teaspoons of Irish Moss.

Brewers Notes:

Being a huge wheat beer fan I just had to make this beer in a big batch. Crisp, clear, clean and the Aromatic malt makes it ever so malty....

This is good stuff!
