Grain Bill:

Mini Mash 1 hour @150F
1# Rolled oats
1# ExLight DME

Boil
2#ExLight DME
4.5# ExLight LME

Hop Bill:

Chinook 12.1% AA 1oz for 1 hour
UKFuggle 4.1% AA 0.5oz for 20 minutes
UKFuggle 4.1% AA 0.5oz for 10 minutes

Mash Schedule:

1. Mini-Mash oats and 1# DME at 150F for 1 hour
2. Boil remaining extract for 1 hour
3. Hop additions as above
4. Irish moss 1 TBSP, add at beginning of boil
