Brewing Method: Extract
Yeast: 1- Packet Munton's Ale yeast
Yeast Starter:
Batch Size: 5 Gal.

Boiling Time: 1 Hr.
Primary Fermentation: 70 degrees for 7-10 days

Grain Bill:

1- 3.5 pound can Geordie amber extract
2.5 pounds light clover honey
3/4 cup honey (for priming)

Hop Bill:

1 ounce cluster hop pellets

Mash Schedule:

Brewers Notes:

Add hops and malt extract to 2 gallons boiling water. Boil for 1 hour. Add honey and boil for 5 more min. When temp. has reached 75 degrees, pitch the yeast. Ferment for 7-10 days and age for 4-6 weeks. Enjoy
