5 GALLON EXTRACT RECIPE

7 LBS. LIGHT MALT EXTRACT
1 LBS. CRYSTAL MALT (20)
1 LBS. BRITISH PALE MALT
1/4 LBS. DEXTRINE MALT
1 LBS. HONEY
2 1/2 OZ. B.C. GOLDING
1/2 OZ. CASCADE
1 TBL. IRISH MOSS
3/4 CUP CORN SUGAR
ALE YEAST #1056

STEEP GRAIN FOR 45 MINS. @ 165 ADD GRAIN RUN OFF TO BOIL TO MAKE 5 GAL.
ADD HONEY, GET TO ROLLING BOIL ADD GOLDING HOPS FOR 60 MINS. BOIL ADD
IRISH MOSS LAST 20 MINS. ADD CASCADE LAST 10 MINS. COOL AND ADD YEAST
CULTURE TO FERMENT LET SIT 1 TO 1 1/2 WEEKS BEFORE 2ND FERMENTATION FOR
CLARITY. 6-7% ALCOHOL

THIS RECIPE IS IN PALE ALES AND IT GOT MESSED UP ON INSTALL
YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND IT NOW, I COOK THIS UP BEFORE A
NICE FISHING TRIP WITH MY BUDDIES
