Grain Bill:

put 1/4 lbs caravienna grains in 2 gallons of water when reached 170 degrees removed the grains took off from the heat added the honey, dme, and lme the return to heat (1.75 lbs honey used)

Hop Bill:

added tettnang(pellets) when boiling begain to commence
added saaz hops last 10 min of boil

removed the wort from the heat with 5 min left and let steep for 5 min covered added to 3 gallons of cold water added more cold water to equal 5-5.5 gallons waited for temp to reach 70-75 degrees before pitching the yeast
