Batch Size: 5 gallons
Original Gravity: 1.058
Final Gravity: 1.018
Alcohol Content: 5.16 %
Total Grains: 1/2 lbs smoked

Hop IBU's:
Boiling Time: 60 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 7 days 64 degrees
Secondary Fermentation: 4 days 64 degrees
Additional Fermentation: couple days in the keg

Grain Bill:

1/2 lbs smoked grain added to water in grain bag took out just before boil
6.6 lbs(2 cans) coopers llight LME
1 1/2 lbs honey

Hop Bill:

1 oz caccade whole 60 minutes of boil
1 oz fuggles whole last 5 minutes of boil

also added 2 tsp gupsum at begining of boil
2 tsp crushed corriander seeds last 30 minutes of boil
2 tsp irish moss last 30 minutes of boil
didnt let this on set to long it tasted sweet and packed a punch i wasnt expecting. had some say it was smooth and others say it was sweet.
