Brewers Notes:

One of the best beers I've brewed to date. Everyone - even BudMilOors fans love it. Light golden color with a noticable but light honey flavor and aroma. This will always be on tap at my house...

I added the honey, finishing hops, and Irish Moss for last 10 mins of boil. This really brought the honey characters to come out.

Final note - the wildflower honey I used was a light, golden color. Not all wildflower honeys are the same. If you want to reproduce this beer try to find a honey that is very translucent and has a wonderful aroma and flavor.
