Yeast: WLP 001
Yeast Starter: 1 qt.
Batch Size: 4 U.S. Gallons
Original Gravity: 1.048
Final Gravity: 1.006
Alcohol Content: 5.5 %
Total Grains: 8
Color: 5
Extract Efficiency: %
Hop IBU's: 29
Boiling Time: 1 hour
Primary Fermentation: 6 days @ 65f
Secondary Fermentation: 14 days @ 55f
Additional Fermentation:

Grain Bill:

8 lbs. 2 row
1 lb. white wheat
4 ozs. crystal 20

Hop Bill:

1/4 oz. Amarillo @ 7.3% for 60 minutes
1/2 oz. Mt Hood @ 5% for 60 minutes
1/8 oz. Amarillo @ 7.3% for 21 minutes
1/8 oz. Mt Hood @ 5% for 21 minutes
1/8 oz. Amarillo @ 7.3% for 3 minutes
1/4 oz. Mt Hood @ 5% for 3 minutes

Mash Schedule:

Infusion mash @ 155f for 60 minutes.
Sparged with 3 gallons of 166f temp. water

Brewers Notes:

At the end of the boil I added 1 lb. of orange blossom honey and let it steep for 20 minutes. It turned out real good and I will brew this again. I may use a different honey next time.
