Yeast: D47 and Wyeast 3347 Blended
Yeast Starter: One Liter for each strain
Batch Size: 5 gallons
Original Gravity: 1.141
Final Gravity: 1.008
Alcohol Content: 18 %
Pasteurization Time: none - heat is evil to honey
Pasteurization Temp:
Total Amount of Honey: 12 Pounds Wildflower
Color:
Yeast Nutrient-Amount:
Yeast Energizer-Amount:
Primary Fermentation: 2 Months at 68F
Secondary Fermentation: 4 Months at 68F
Additional Fermentation: Bottle conditioned - at least 12 months

Honey Bill:

12 Pounds Wildflower Honey

Other Flavorings or Fermentables:

2 gallons apple cider
3 gallons apple juice
2 pounds light DME
3 pounds light brown sugar - Mexican
6 cloves - added to primary
12 pieces of Mexican Cinnamon - added to primary
1 pound apple butter
2 pounds golden raisins - added to the secondary
1/2 teaspoon fresh nutmeg - added to secondary
