My Bohemian Pilsner

All Extract Recipe

6# pale LME
1.5# glucose
15g Northern Brewer hops (40 mins boil)
30g Saaz hops (40 mins boil)
15g Saaz hops (30 mins boil)
15g Saaz hops (20 mins boil)
15g Saaz hops (10 mins boil)
Lager Yeast

You know the rest. Bring malt to a boil, add the hops according to
schedule, let rest 15 minutes, add to fermenter, top up to 5.5
gallons with cold water, pitch yeast when cooled to 70F. Ferment at
60F for 1 week. Rack to secondary and cool to 34F for 3 weeks. Bottle
or keg, priming with 3/4 cup of corn sugar and condition at room
temperature for 1 week. Cool to 45F and ENJOY!
