An example of how easy modern beer brewing can be! Light in color but with plenty of body (from this
particular dry extract) and the hoppiness that is characteristic of British style draught beers. This
procedure is identical for all the kits - just add any unhopped malt extract (liquid or dry).

3.3 lb Cooper's Draught extract kit
3 lb Laaglander Extra Light dry malt extract
1 packet ale yeast
3/4 cup corn sugar (for priming)

Boil extracts together for 1 hour in two gallons of water to sterilize and blend flavors. Follow above
general steps.
