1.5 oz. Perle 7.6%AA 60 min

90 min @ 152*F
10 min @ 158*F


Brewers Notes:

Adjust 6 gals sparge water to 5.5 pH
Run-off, sparge 8 min./gal to collect 7.5 gals. sweet wort.
