Brewers Notes:
I used the california lager yeast due to the warm temperatures
experienced. Depending on your weather one may want to use an
American lager yeast, or whatever. I would not recommend using any
dry yeasts due to the lightness of this beer.
Give this beer some time in secondary to really clear up, you
won't be dissappointed. It's as close to a "Budweiser" type beer
as I've been able to come, without the shitty Bud taste and hangover. Enjoy!
