2oz cascade 30min
2oz cascade 10min
repitched chico ale yeast about 1200 ml worth
Mashed at 154F for 90min and sparge with 170F to yield 12 gal.
adding hops as indicated above
YIELD 10 gal.
starting gravity 1.072
final 1.012
