I would like to brew a beer in the style of Irish Guinness, but with more body. I also like the molasses
flavor of Mackeson Stout. So I came up with this all-extract recipe:

Ingredients:

6 pounds, William's English Dark liquid malt extract
3 pounds, Australian Dark dry malt extract
1 pound, dry weizenmalt (60% wheat)
1 pound, crystal malt (40L)
1 pound, roasted barley (540L)
1 pound, chocolate malt (400L)
1/2 pound, black patent malt (500L)
1 cup, molasses
2.34 ounces, Bullion pellets (8.8% alpha), boil 60 minutes
.78 ounce, whole Kent Golding (7.8% alpha), boil 10 minutes
Wyeast Irish ale #1084
