Primary Fermentation: 3-5 Days 65deg. F
Secondary Fermentation: 5-7 Days 65deg. F

Grain Bill:

12oz. Black Roast Barley ( non- malted )
4oz. Roast Barley
2oz. Black Patent
8lb. M+F Lite Dry Malt
3/4 cup priming sugar

Hop Bill:

14 HBU Northern Brewer add to boil

Mash Schedule:

3 gal. water to 160deg.

Brewers Notes:

Add 1lb of honey to the boil for boost alcohol %. Also for for a little extra kick steep 1lb of french roast coffee 5 min. befor start of boil.
