Five gallon (extract) Ingredients- One 3.3 # can John Bull hopped dark syrup, 4# Bries dark dry, 1# roast barley, 1/2# chocolate malt, 1/2# black patent, 1# 250l belgian crystal, 1# brown sugar, 2oz northern brewer pellets (one hour) 2oz cascade pellets (five min.) one packet Whitbred ale yeast. Leave in primary for one week, then rack into secondary and leave for two weeks. If all activity is done, bottle with 3/4 cup of corn sugar.
