1/3lb Peat Smoked, 1/3lb Roasted Barley, 1/3lb Crystal Malt, 1/3lb Chocolate Malt, 7lb Any Dark dry malt, 1/3 piece of Liquorice stick

Hop Bill:

1oz. Good Chinook Hops(boil)

If your are looking for a Porter that's not too creamy or not too strong, then gives this a try. It has the flavor close to an Otter Creek Porter.
