Brewing Method: All Grain
Yeast: 001 Cali white labs
Yeast Starter:
Batch Size: 5 gallons
Original Gravity: 1.060
Final Gravity: 1.012
Alcohol Content: 6.2 %
Total Grains: 9.5 lb.
Color:
Extract Efficiency: %
Hop IBU's: 36
Boiling Time: 1 hour 15 min.
Primary Fermentation: 1 week
Secondary Fermentation: 1 week
Additional Fermentation: bottle condition 2 weeks

Grain Bill:

8 lbs. 2 row American
.5 lbs. crystal 60l
.5 lbs Light Munich
.5 lbs Biscuit Malt

Hop Bill:

.5 oz Callenger- 40 min.
1/4 oz East Kent Gold.- 20 min.
1/4 oz Czech Saaz- 20 min
1/4 oz Styrain Gold- 15 min.
1/2 tsp Irish Moss- 15 min.

Mash Schedule:

Single Infusion.
Mash in at 165
Rest at 150 for 90 min
Sparge 6 gallons water at 175.
collect 6 gallons wort
