Yeast: Munton's Gold dry yeast
Yeast Starter:
Batch Size: 5 gallons
Original Gravity: 1.054
Final Gravity: 1.012 (guessed at this. broke my hydrometer, again
Alcohol Content: around 5.5% %

Hop IBU's: 39
Boiling Time: 60 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 4 days primary at 70 degrees
Secondary Fermentation: 6 days in glass at 70 degrees

6# light DME (Muntons)
8 oz 20L crystal
1 oz roasted barley

Hop Bill:

.5 oz Perles 5.6% 60 minutes ( a left-over. tossed it in because I like it bitter)
1 oz Fuggles 5.1% 60 minutes
1 oz Kent Goldings 5.6% 45 minutes
1 oz Fuggles 5.1% 30 minutes
.5 oz Kent Goldings 5.6% 15 minutes
.5 oz Kent Goldings 5.6% 5 minutes

After 2 weeks in the bottle this turned out to be a very good ale. It is a little more bitter than your typical English Pale Ale, but pretty good.
