Boiling Time: 60 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 1 week 72F
Secondary Fermentation: 1 week 72F

1.0 lb Cara-Pils Dextrine
0.5 lb Crystal 40L

Hop Bill:

0.5 oz Cascade 4.4% in kettle at beginning of sparge
1.0 oz Perle 9.2% 60 minutes
1.5 oz Cascade 4.4% 10 minutes
2.5 oz Cascade 4.4% Dry Hop in Secondary

Mash Schedule:

Mash 75 minutes at 152 F or until conversion
