Brewers Notes:
This beer didn't quite achieve the golden color called for by the style perhaps even though I used as light an extract as I could find. Maybe the Munich malt or others lended too much amber color. Anyway, it still has the light, dry, medium hopped, slightly fruity characteristics of a Kolsch.
