Primary Fermentation: 6 days @ 64
Secondary Fermentation: 3 days @ 69
Additional Fermentation: 3 months @ 32

Grain Bill:

18 lbs Weissheimer Pils
2 lbs Weissheimer Wheat

Hop Bill:

4 oz Hallertauer Mittelfrueh 4.1%aa @ 60

Mash Schedule:

90 min @ 147

Brewers Notes:

Light color, nice sulfury note, good hop bite. Rapidly becoming one of my favorite styles.
