Brewing Method: Extract
Yeast: 23 grams Safale S-04 (dried ale)
Yeast Starter:
Batch Size: 5 US Gallons
Original Gravity: 1.070
Final Gravity:
Alcohol Content: %
Total Grains: 1lb. Weyermann Crystal
Color:
Extract Efficiency: %
Hop IBU's:
Boiling Time: 60 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 4 days @ 70 F
Secondary Fermentation: 7 days

Grain Bill:

Crack grain & steep 30 minutes @ 150-160 F then remove and discard. Bring to a boil then remove from heat to stir in 8.8 lbs Weyermann Bavarian Pilsner & 1 oz Chinook(11.9% a-acid). Last 15 min add 1 tsp irish moss. End of boil add 2 oz Amarillo(8.3% a-acid). Dry hop secondary w/ another 2 oz Amarillo. And yum-yum, enjoy!

with that much yeast the fermentation will be quick and vigorous, be ready for airlock blowoff.
