Alcohol Content: 6.4 %
Total Grains: 34 US Pounds
Color: 19.4
Extract Efficiency: 80 %
Hop IBU's: 74.1
Boiling Time: 90 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 7 days @ 62f
Secondary Fermentation: 10 days @ 58f
Additional Fermentation: 20 days in brite tanks @ 56f

23.00 lb. BRIESS PALE ALE 2 ROW
4.00 lb. Brown Sugar
2.00 lb. Crystal 40L
2.00 lb. Crystal 60L
2.00 lb. Flaked Barley
1.00 lb. DEXTRIN

Hop Bill:

2.00 oz. Chinook 14.5% 60 min
2.00 oz. N. BREWER 6.9% 40 min
2.00 oz. CENTENIAL II 10.7% 30 min
2.00 oz. CENTENIAL I 10.7% 10 min

Mash Schedule:

Single Step Mash:

90 minutes @ 158f
10 minutes @ 168f

Brewers Notes:

Dry Hop with 2 oz of Northern brewer 6.9% aa
in one cornie

Dry Hop with 2 oz of Chinook 14.5% aa in
one cornie

Add 3 teaspoons Irish Moss in the boil

This Brew took Club Worts AHA Hail To Ale Club Only Comps first place and was entered into the AHA National Hail To Ale Club Only Comp...

I will let you know how it did when I find out


It scored two 45's and a 44 in the Club Wort Hail To Ale comp and came in first out of 12 brews.
