Extract Recipe with Adjuncts
Boil Volume 3.75 gal
Boil Time 90 min
Final Volume 5.00 gal
O.G. 1.066 (16.2 Plato)

5.0# light dry malt extract
3.0# local honey (or 4.0# of supermarket honey)
1.125# Quaker oats
1.00 oz. 5.0% AA Hallertau for 90 min
0.50 oz. 5.0% AA Hallertau for 15 min
0.75 oz. freshly crushed coriander for 15 min
0.50 oz. 5.0% AA Hallertau for 5 min
0.75 oz. freshly crushed coriander for 5 min
0.50 oz. orange peel for 5 min
Red Star dry ale yeast

Do not mash the oats but rather leave them as starches.
Stir the honey in at the end of the boil to pasteurize.
