Yeast: Danstar Nottingham dry
Yeast Starter: - rehydrate
Batch Size: 5 US
Original Gravity: 1.049
Final Gravity: 1.013
Alcohol Content: 5 %
Total Grains: 9
Color: 8
Extract Efficiency: 65 %
Hop IBU's: 40
Boiling Time: 90
Primary Fermentation: 5
Secondary Fermentation: 12

Grain Bill:

4 # muntons pale
1/2 # wheat malt
1/4 # Crystal L 40
1/4 # carapils
4# Cooper Real Ale extract

Hop Bill:

.5 oz 5.2AA Kent golding pellets 60min
.5 oz 4.9AA Crystal Plug 15 min
.5 0z 4.9AA Crystal plug 2 min

Mash Schedule:

Infusion 1.25 gal at 152 deg for 90 min
Sparge with 1.75 gal 170 deg
1 tsp gypsum

Brewers Notes:

Boil 90 min in Bruheater
hop time is boil lenght. ie 60min for goldings was added 15 minutes after boil.
Cooper Real Ale has 29 IBU and a color about 8
I added extract while electric heater was ramping up to boil.
I temporarily shut off heater to prevent malt from scorching.
Name is due to the US, Astralian, and british hops and malts.
Thought of using Daisy cutter Ale, but note enought hops or alc/vol
Borders on an IPA.
