Hop Bill:

1oz N.Brewer @ 9%AA,FHW in kettle at knockout
1oz N.Brewer @ 9%AA 70 minutes
2oz Centennial @ 10 1/2%AA 60 minutes
2oz Centennial @ 10 1/2%AA 30 minutes
2oz Centenneal @ 10 1/2%AA 10 minutes
2oz Crystal @ 3.25% 0 minutes

Mash Schedule:

152 for 90 minutes

Brewers Notes:

Burton-on-trent salts,lactic acid to acidify the mash,etc..
Irish moss.Oxygenate after 12th hour after fermentation has
began and 24th hour per Clayton Cone...
