Partial Mash:

Commercial Example: Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

Profile: Copper color, noticeable hop bitterness with strong cascade aroma, bigger body than
strength would indicate.

Balance: Hoppy

Steeping Grains:
.75 lb 40L Crystal Malt
.75 lb 60L Crystal Malt
.25 lb Carapils

Malt Syrup:
8.5 lbs Pale Malt Extract Syrup

Hops:
1.5 oz Perle 8% AA Boil 1 hour
1 oz Cascade Finish
1oz Cascade Dry Hop

To avoid dry hopping use:
1 oz Centenial Finish

OG range: 1.054 - 1.059
FG range: 1.012 - 1.020
IBU range: 35-45

Yeast: American Ale/Chico Yeas
