Grain Bill:

7lbs light hopped spray ME
2 lbs Extra light spray ME
1/2 cup special roasted barley
2 lbs Clover Honey

Hop Bill:

2 oz Simcoe hops(boiling) Alpha=14.4%
2 oz Domestic Hallertau(finishing) Alpha= 4.75%

Brewers Notes:

Added the Hallertau during the last two minutes of the boil. Bottled with 1 1/4 cups of light malt extract. Left in bottle for two weeks.
This beer is kinda like an IPA but the honey gives a crisp, refreshing taste with the bitter aftertase of an IPA. And it's red. Good stuff.
