put grains in 1 gallon cold water when temp reached 180 removed grains

added cascade when boiling started
and fuggles with 5 min left of boil when 60 min was up i removed from heat and let set covered for 10 min

started with 1 gallon water added the grains,belgium candi suger, and 2 tsp of gypsum to water removed grains at 180 degrees.added 2 lbs dme and 3.75 lme brought to boil added cascade hops pelletsset boil time for 60min. with 30 min leftof boil added 2 tsp of irish moss. last five added fuggles hops to boil when done i added 1 gallon of cold water to wort.
the gallon had 2 cups of water that i boiled with 3 tsp of crushed corriander seed let thia all set for 10 min before adding to primary (3 gallons cold water) then added more to make 5 gallons. pitched yeast at 70-75 degrees
