2.2# Morgans Caramalt--(in lieu of steeping Crystal Malt) adds considerable Dextrins, Color...good for head retention. Beer is super clear.

6# Cooper's light malt extract syrup.

Hop Bill:

1 oz. Chinook, 12.1% AA, (60 minute boil)
1 oz. Cascade, 6.2 AA (10 minutes)
1 oz. Cascade, 6.2 AA (5 minutes)
1 oz. Cascade (leaf) after boil, while chilling.

Brewers Notes:

Strain hops out as you add the wart to the fermenter. A primitive type of "hopback". It adds very good nose. Bottle as usual. This beer was "clear" the start with no chill haze. The Morgan's Caramalt really added a sweetness which balanced the hoppiness. Age at least one month, it's a great thirst quencher.
