Hop Bill:

3 oz EKG 6% 60 min
1 oz EKG 6% 30 min
1 oz fuggles 4.9% 10 min
1 oz fuggles 4.9% dry hop in secondary

Added 1 tbl spn gypsum to mash water
added 3 tsps gypsum to boil

outstanding flavoring and aroma from the hops, the hops I used were real fresh (97 harvest)
