Mail order and Raffle stuff

OK - RF02 is getting close, so for those rats, that wont be making the trip, we will start mail order tickets for the raffle.

Tickets will be $2 each for both in person at RF, or for mail order.

For mail order I am adding a $4 S&H fee. This will cover your prize(s) getting shipped out to you. As of date we have no large items such as sacks of grain or tap towers, but if a larger prize is won by a mail order winner, we will figure somthing out.

For Mail order Tickets or to send stuff for the Raffle.

PLEASE give me your name address etc, and Rat Name!
