Due to my forgetfulness, I forgot to mention that there is an 8.5 percent sales tax for the cabins... I mention this because I do not want it to be a suprise when you get there.
All those who have rooms at RAT*FEST are asked to call Tri-Lake Timbers Resort to let them know how many people will be staying in each cabin. This is important because the prices quoted are for a maximum number of people. These maximums are Cabins 1, 2 & 3 Six people (These are The Bunkhouse, and the Duplexes. For Cabin #4 and six, Cabin #4 and #6 and #7(The Little Cabin and The Miner's Shack and The Keeper's Cabin) it is four people. For Cabin #5, (The Bunk House aka "The Corn Hole Gang")it is six. There is a $10 per night additiona charge for all rooms for additional people. Please let them know as soon as possible how many people will be staying at your cabin.
They will provide recipts for your deposits on request, if a cancelled check is not good enough.
Also if anyone is planning to stay extra days, please let them know as soon as possible.
Anyone who wishes to stay at my home prior to Thursday or After Saturday night is more than welcome. First come first served. I do have a pretty fair amount of tent space...
Final item... Check out is 11 a.m. Sunday... If it is the wish of the group, we can remain longer, for an additional charge; I beleve the charge is $30 to stay in the rooms til like five p.m. What do you all think of this? Personally, I think we should relocate to Ashland and party in Belize. Thirty bucks per room buys a lot of beer. Lets talk about this.
Contact Tri Lake Timbers at 715-372-4627. Ask to speak to Daryl Baumgartner (Shar is on vacation in Florida for two weeks. They are aall anxious to have us. I think this is gonna be a great time.
