RATFEST ROOM DEPOSITS DUE APRIL FIRST

TO ALL RATS RENTING ROOMS:

Don't forget that RatFest room deposits are due IN MY GRUBBY HANDS Not later than April First. Any rooms with deposits not made by that time will be open to the first Rat to get me a deposit after Midnight April 1-2. You have been warned. Deposits are ONE DAY'S room Rental for the room you are taking. People who are co-paying can send me each 1/2 the deposit or all of it, I don't care, as long as the funds are in by April First. So Far, Oogie, Aleman, Strange and Hop have their deposits (or fractions thereof) in to me. DON't PROCRASTINATE! These places are far too choice to miss out on. It ain't camping in a goat pasture... Imagine... Your own shower and private toilet... A REAL BED!!!!
