his is a rundown and status of cabins at Ratfest as of Thursday December 27 at 6 p.m. CST
THE BUNKHOUSE
Located over the bar at Tri Lakes Timbers Resort in the center of the resort. Chathedral celing, sugar maple floor accent
lighting, porch with French Doors Gas fireplace. Two large bedrooms with two full size beds each. Futon Couch that
transforms into full size bed in living room, Ottoman that transforms into single bed Hall closet. Tub and Shower Full
kitchen (Fridge, stove, sink, coffeemaker etc.) TV/VCR "Very elegant"
STATUS: Booked by Skotrat, Dorothy/Strange, Arlette $100 night Living rooom remains open (?)
DUPLEX
Consists of two adjoining cabins Each cabin has two bedrooms with two bunk beds each. Bottom bunks are full sized,
top is a twin. One futon couch in Living room (full size) Full kitchen. TV VCR Full bathroom w/shower Both apartments
are mirror images of each other and identically equipped.
STATUS: Apartment One Booked by Cowan, Heather/Hop
Apartment Two Booked By Nathi, Mrs. Nathi/Piper, Marsha (Subject to Marsha being able to make it. Otherwise may
open up later. If Marsha can't Go, Piper keeps first dib rights to same...)
The Living room spaces remain open but their use is up to Nathi/Piper and Cowan/Hop.
$90 night each apartment
RUSTIC FARMHOUSE
Small kitchen, nice living room, small bathroom with tub and shower. Large Bedroom with 2 large beds. Step-down
room 2 full beds, two bunk beds with full size bottom and twin top.
STATUS: OPEN (Note this would be a very good deal for guys who are going single... IF filled, this would be an
expense of TEN BUCKS a night from each... Guys it don't get no cheaper than this... $80 night
SMALL CABIN #4
Combined kitchen/dining/living room. 2 small bedrooms, Futon in Living Room, full size/twin bunk in one bedroom,
twin/twin bunk in second bedroom
STATUS: Erich, Mrs. Erich have bedroom with full size bunk bed. Other bedroom remains open. $90
"THE KEEPER"
Basement apartment under owner's residence. Fieldstone walls. Fake windows Rear Entry with boardwalk. Kitchenette,
bathroom Huge Bedroom with two futon bed/couches Electric fireplace.
STATUS: Open $80
"THE MINER'S SHACK"
Basement apartment next to "The Keeper" Two Person Bed/Living/kitchenette studio apartment with Futon and
Full/Twin bunk bed.
STATUS: Open $60
NOTES: No Credit Cards accepted. Checks OK. Bring Your own Towels. First Reserved, gets first choice. For those
not camping RV spaces are right next to the lake ($25), and there is an unlimited amount of campground space at $20 per
site
