You are absolutely right about the BOMBED obligations. He is well aware of this. He has to follow through completely in my book as well; Maybe I am a gullable fool, but I believe that he will. Maybe he won't and I'll be proved a chump yet again. So be it. I prefer to believe in the possibility of redemption and the ability to forgive and forget is part of that. (Maybe it's my Catholic upbringing coming back to haunt me...) I cast no aspersions on anyone whose opinions are different. I assume their reasons for their beliefs are as important to them as mine are to me. Having said that, I also believe that if he is the source of why so many chose later to "Chubby" Perhaps his example in dealing with his poor decisions in an upright fashion (assuming he does do the right thing) will equally make it easier for others to return to the path of true Rat wisdom by living up to their obligations. How we deal with Chubby is an indicator to the kind of response they can expect if they are inclined to live up to their obligations. I say we keep that door open.
