The First Annual Brew Rat Chat Co-op Competition

Sunday December, 7^th, 1998

All styles of Homebrew welcome. 1998 AHA style guidelines will be followed.

Specifics/Rules:

Send 2 bottles per entry (swing tops or screw on tops are okay, Extra bottles of homebrew for Roundboy will be accepted)

$2.00 entry fee for each and every entry to cover mailing costs for awards and judge needs.

Bottles must be unmarked (no labels or markings on caps; cap blackouts okay)

Send 1 piece of brewing/beer paraphernalia from your locale to be given away as prizes to the other entrants (send one item per entry) THIS CLAUSE IS MANDATORY

Include your name, address, email address and phone number on your entry form.

All winners will be notified via email.

CONTEST OPEN ONLY TO BREW RAT CHAT REGULARS OF 30 DAYS OR MORE --- THERE ARE TO BE NO EXCEPTIONS! --- If you are unsure you are a regular, Email me skotrat@wwa.com to become registered (if you think you fall into this category, you must contact me via email before October 23, 1998 to qualify for the competition). All Beer entered by non BRC regulars will be chilled and had with a Large Sausage Pizza At RB's House.
Limit: 3 entries per brewer to keep some of us from flooding the competition.
All bottles must be labeled with ENTRY FORM attached by rubberband.
Failure To Follow these Specifics/Rules will terminate your contest eligibilty.
All Entries and competition costs and brewing/beer paraphernalia are non-refundable.
All Recipes Remain property of the original brewer and will only be reprinted with their permission.

This Contest is a CO-OP event held by the BRC regulars and merely hosted by me. It is not for profit and no one will be paid for their services. All awards and mailing costs are furnished by the entrants of the competition and will be returned to the winning entrants in the form of awards.

I Scott Abene, will not be entering this competition, don't need your bottles, don't want to steal your beer, your wife, your dog, your children, your recipes, your house or any other darn thing of yours. I am putting on this competition for the BRC regulars because they asked me too...

Judges are not eligible to enter this competition.
